4 – 10 July 2011 Every year your local library promotes Health Information Week.
This year ‘Health Shops in Libraries Project’ will be celebrating the week with fun activities for all the family including:
- Storytelling and health fayres
- New healthy book displays
- Food demonstrations for quick and easy suppers
- Pick up one of your 5 a day and a healthy goodie bag
There will be lots of advice and tips to keep your family healthy and happy.
