Exercise for All has been set up by the NHS Telford and Wrekin Health Improvement Team by training community members to teach community members.
Exercise for All provides exercise classes for ALL abilities in numerous locations across Telford. They provide a varied range of classes in community centres and church halls during the day and in the evening.
Some classes have crèche facilities at 50p per family. Classes are between £1.50 – £2.50 dependent on type.
Exercise for all “Mature Movers” takes place in Dawley at:
George Chetwood Court TF4 2QS on a Wednesday at 2.30pm – 3.30pm

There are fall prevention exercise classes as well in various locations around Dawley and Telford.
Classes are designed for people who require gentle exercise and are at risk of falling. These classes are for those whom are recovering from a fall and/or have been referred to the session from the Paul Brown Unit of the Princess Hospital.
In Dawley these take place at the following venues:
Moreton Court, Dawley TF4 2NP on a Monday 11.30am – 12.30pm
Christian Centre, Dawley, TF4 2ET on a Monday 2.00pm – 3.00pm
Hartshorne Court, Dawley, TF4 2BY on a Friday 11.30am – 12.30pm
Classes cost £1.50 per session pay as you go.
These classes consist of sitting with some stability exercises which may include some supported standing exercises. You should wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a drink with you.
