The Dawley Regeneration Partnership has made great progress so far with the High Street repaved, new street lighting, benches and a bandstand. The road is now open to traffic with cars able to continue past the former Lord Hill Pub (one way system).
There was a celebration of the work held in late October with a farmers market, activities and bands on the new bandstand.
Plans were also on show for work being carried out at Paddock Mount to prepare for a new sports and learning community which will incorporate the current Phoenix School and community facilities.
