For Residents of the Dawley ward and Malinslee Ward of Great Dawley Parish Council
The Christmas parties will be held on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th December 2010 at the Park Inn Hotel, Telford from 12 noon to 4pm.
Transport, including disabled transport, will be available on request, from designated local collection points. The high standard of the meal provided will remain the same. Entertainment this year will be provided by Stephen Bassett.
Application forms are available on the Autumn 2010 edition of the Parish post.
You will be required to provide a completed form to recieve your tickets.
Note – You may only attend ONE party.
Proof of ID and address will be required to obtain tickets.
Tickets will be available at a cost of £3 deposit as follows:

| Tickets cost £3 per person, this is none refundable, requirements are that you are a resident of this Parish (Great Dawley) and are over 60 years of age. | ||
